They are designed with Czech Glass Tear Drops in Sea Glass Turquoise, Light Turquoise & Gold Faceted Czech Glass Rondelles & Turquoise Starburst Czech Glass Coin Beads. 

Finished with Silver Plated European Closures & are Nickel & Lead Free, they hang 1.75" from the earlobe.
